Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original clinical packaging, ensuring all protective seals and promotional materials are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to our Lab
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
